Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood is a new action game published by Ubisoft. The game was released in June 30. Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood is available for PC, PS3 and Xbox360.

So what kind of game is Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood? The game starts in the way such that it appears to be a war battle game like the Call of Duty series. A major difference is that the story of Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood evolves around the U.S. Civil War. And it keeps going this way for three chapters. In Act II, you will be brought back to the present time – 1865.

In this game, you have to decide which character to play – Ray or Thomas. Each of them has a special ability. Ray is capable of handling dynamite. And Thomas is able to throw a lasso to climb a tree or a higher place.

Act I shows what happened a year before. In 1864, General William T. Sherman‘s army came to Atlanta, Georgia and destroyed the city. Two brothers of McCall, Thomas and Ray, joined the Confederate army after their father was killed. The youngest of all, William, was away for religious studies but came back to take care of their mother. Then Thomas and Ray deserted the army and came back home. And they learn that their mother died. Leaving the hometown of Atlanta, three brothers are headed to Fort Smith, a lawless town full of gamblers, bandits and drifters in Arkansas. They didn’t stay there long because Thomas flirted with a daughter of the local marshall. And the whole town wanted him and his brothers.
