K-Roster is designed to help teachers record and manage course attendance. You can create any number of course profiles. And you can enroll any number of students. You can use K-Roster so that you can let your students show their course attendance directly on your Mac.

Is it my imagination, or is it impossible to delete a course and/or student record?
I don’t remember how this app works. It looks like you are right about app not letting the user delete course/student records.
