The Mac version of Call of Duty 2 was released a few month ago. If you have already played it, you will probably agree that Call of Duty 2 is the best WWII game. Its action, graphics and everything are so excellent. Now, Treyarch and Activision are working on Call of Duty 3, whose Xbox 360 and PS3 versions are scheduled for release possibly by Christmas. Whether or not it’s coming to Macs, the game trailer below looks great and even better than Call of Duty 2.

And MacTheRipper is one of the active freeware titles while 0se and DVDibbler don’t seem to be updated in Universal Binary.

How to use ffmpegX (0.0.9w) to compress video (Mac Only)
Although it is still in beta, ffmpegX is quite a powerful video compression application. It uses 3 UNIX encoders and allows you to encode or re-encode video with such compression algorithms as MPEG-4 (Part 2), DivX3, H.263, H.264 and XviD. The current version as of August 2, 2006, is 0.099w r5 and is in Universal Binary.
