In the last VTC, ‘Website Owner’s Guide to Dealing with Spammers,’ we showed how to use a few tools given by the hosting provider to block spammers. This video tutorial shows how to use Apple’s Network Utility that comes with the operation system to trace the spammer from his/her domain.
