He swings his arms. He also bangs the ground with his fist. When he swings his arm, simply roll to the same direction where his arm goes. When he bangs the ground with his fist, again, roll to avoid it. Then thrust him in the chest. So rolling is the trick. Eventually, he will retreat, and 2 or 3 birds will appear. And you will be one or two hops away from killing the final boss.
