Adobe After Effects is the industry-standard animation application that is available for both Mac and Windows OS. We plan to introduce 12 video tutorials in total in this After Effects CS3 Basics video tutorial series. All these video tutorials originally come from the digital download version of a video tutorial suite introduced at MacHouse Rich Media Store.

In this tutorial, we continue to work on the Neon project. This time, we use a Photoshop file containing light bulb layers, which collectively display a shape of an arrow in a permanent loop.
